Yinda Property operates and maintains a fully equipped fitness center, which includes a swimming pool, sauna, and exercise classes. In addition, we have recently created a mini-gym on the 31st floor of one of our apartment towers for further tenant convenience. Our cashier desk is available for bill payment 7 days a week.

We maintain a parking lot comprised of 700 spaces both above and underground. A new service that we have implemented is car washing and vehicle servicing. Storage rooms are available for tenants who require additional space. We offer office support, including fax, photocopying, secretarial services and conference room for office tenants, 24hr Customer Service, with English speaking Guest Relation Officers and a 24hr service hotline. East Gate also employs a foreign English speaking Customer Service Manager to facilitate better service and communication between tenants and management.

Building and unit maintenance is carried out by our engineering staff, who are available 24 hours for any repairs or servicing to appliances or EGP property. Our housekeeping staff are responsible for the overall cleaning of the common areas both indoors and around the property. We can also provide cleaning services for each tenant, including individual spot cleaning, and semi-annual carpet and drape cleaning.

A 24hr security system, including closed circuit cameras, guards at every entry point, and security pass keys for apartment entrances has been implemented to ensure every tenant's security and safety. Full leasing service is available. Yinda Property liaises with a local server provider to offer broadband access free of charge.
